Very pleased with the 20 I received. All did have surface rust almost completely cover the mags. They cleaned very nicely with WD40 Rust soak, brushed amp dried rinsed, let dry. I painted them with high heat grill paint anfpd they look great.

They clean up awesome. Just get yourself a wire brush wheel for your bench grinder and you are set. They are a bit much to use a dremel tool on. You could use a wire brush for your drill but the bench grinder is so much faster. I gave a once over with the bench wheel, wiped it down. Soak it withNAVEL JELLY for 15 min. Rinse, then bench wheel again. I used high heat black grill spray paint. Cured in oven @ 300 degrees for an hour, beautiful.

Rusty but not pitted. Plan on welding up some 35 and 40 rd mags. These are perfect for that.
