  • Products listed on the web site is not a guarantee of availability.
  • Our everyday prices reflect a 3% cash savings not available on credit or debit card orders, which will be added at check out.
  • No returns after 10 days; all returned goods will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • We do not accept international orders.
  • Items left in shopping carts will be cleared in seven days.
  • Backordered items will be shipped out as soon as possible. To check on item availability, please call our customer service department: 1-800-950-1231 (Mon.-Fri. 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET, Sat. 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. ET). You will receive an email if an item is backordered. The entire order will be held until the backordered item is available unless you notify us to ship ahead the other items on your order.

  • Occasionally we offer free shipping on specific products or site wide. Free shipping is only available to the first 48 contiguous states.
  • Our retail store is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET Monday through Friday and 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. ET Saturday.

Online Price and Description Errors

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake, the item's description may contain a typographical error, or an incorrect price may have been entered.  We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We make every effort to enter information accurately but occasionally an error may slip by unnoticed. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order, we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will issue a refund if monies have already been applied to the order.

If an item's description contains an error such as an incorrect price and a customer orders this item, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer to confirm whether he/she still wants the item.

By placing an order, the customer agrees that Centerfire Systems will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the catalog and on the web site.

Free Catalog

Typically we print a catalog every quarter; however, the schedule is subject to change. We keep an electronic version of the most recent catalog on our web site for you to view or download at any point. If you have not already done so, please sign up to receive a free copy of our next catalog. Catalog requests are held until the next printing. A catalog will be sent to customers who have placed an order within the last 12 months. When requesting a catalog, we collect your name and mailing address and maintain this information in our database so we may continue to send you future catalogs. When you place an order with us, we use your name and shipping address to send you catalogs.

Email Subscription

When you place an order with us, you will receive emails from us about your order. This includes an order confirmation and tracking number. You may also receive emails about relevant account activity (such as if you ask a question about a product.) These emails are generated automatically based on your activity.

When you create an account or place an order, you will be automatically subscribed to our exclusive e-deal list. We send 2-3 emails every week with our newest, most exciting offers. If you don't wish to receive this type of email, simply click the Unsubscribe link found in every email we send, and you will be removed from the list. You will still receive account/order emails.

Even if you aren't a customer, we'd love for you to subscribe to our e-deals! We want you to know what's going on at Centerfire Systems, and members of our mailing list are eligible for special coupons and giveaways not available to everyone else.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your email address will not be sold, rented or distributed to any other company outside of Centerfire Systems or our email service provider. We hate spam as much as you do.

Sales Tax

Kentucky residents will be charged 6% sales tax on the order total.
